Update (November 27th, 2014, 3:30pm): American Red Cross & City of Nashua Opening Shelter In Response of the Winter Storm

The City is currently working to clear streets of snow and has all plows operating. The Office of Emergency Management is working with PSNH and our Public Works Division to identify trees and wires down on city streets. If you have a report of a tree down or tree into wires, please report it to us on Facebook ( or send us a tweet (@nashuaoem). This will help us ensure our first responders are aware of blocked roadways. Services Advisory Committee

In July, 2009 Mayor Lozeau and the Board of Aldermen signed an ordinance creating the Services Advisory Committee (SAC) and empowering them to determine if a Business Improvement District (BID) should be established in Downtown Nashua. Mayor Lozeau also charged the Committee to look at all options to improve Downtown.

11/10/2010 Final Cultivating Vitality Report Released submitted to the Board of Aldermen and Mayor

Revisions to the draft report, based upon feedback at recent public forums, are now complete.

9/20/10  Services Advisory Committee to Hold Public Form on October 12, 2010

Come to the Meeting on October 12th to tell us what you think!  
The Services Advisory Committee will hold a public information session  on October 12, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at Studio 99, 115 Main Street, Nashua NH.  Come and tell the SAC what you like about the Cultivating Vitality report, what ideas need more attention and what portions of the plan need to be rethought.
